- New to group fitness classes Bodypump, BodyATTACK, or BodyFLOW? Stop in and learn
proper techniques and modifications for all exercises used during classes. After
you take this workshop you will be able to join the Les Mills Tribe.
FitWell Workshop #1 | Thursday, August 30th | 6:00pm-6:45pm
- Know Your Numbers: Tanita Body Composition Analysis
This workshop will introduce patrons to body composition through the completion of a Tanita Body Composition assessment. This session will include basic information about body composition, education about their specific results, and lessons on knowing why your body composition is important for fitness and overall health. The workshop will be led by two of our personal trainers.

FitWell Workshop #2 | Thursday, September 27th | 5:30pm-6:30pm
- Beginner’s Guide to Planning Your Workouts
This workshop will introduce the concept of planning an individual workout, as well as a workout plan that is designed around a fitness goal. As an example, we will introduce a kettlebell workout with a practical demonstration and an actual workout for the patrons. Patrons will be provided with a kettlebell exercise worksheet at the completion of the workshop.

FitWell Workshop #3 | Thursday, October 25th | 6:00pm-6:45pm
- What’s Really in Your Food? Learning to Navigate Nutrition.
This workshop will educate patrons on how to read nutritional labels on food while they are grocery shopping. With this, we will teach patrons how to shop the grocery store in promote healthy options and avoid temptations. For patrons that spend a lot of time on-campus, we will also provide suggestions with a “This, Not That” for eating in dining halls, the Mountainlair, etc.
YogaFit Certification Course | November 3rd and 4th

- Exam Stress? How to Use Exercise and Nutrition to Manage Your Stress.
This workshop will discuss exercise and nutrition to help manage stress. For example, exercising and eating not enough, or over-exercising, etc.
