Summer Fitness Classes

This summer, Campus Recreation will be offering multiple new group fitness classes! The descriptions and times of the new classes can be found below: 
HIGH Fitness
High energy aerobics class  Monday 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. 
Body weight exercises using TRX straps  Wednesday 
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.  
Outdoor Bootcamp
Bootcamp format class hosted on Campus Rec fields  Tuesday/Thursday 
12:00 p.m. -12:45 p.m. 
Water Aerobics  Aerobics class located in SRC pool 

*Begins June 6 
9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. 
2Fit2Quit  HIIT workout based on functional circuit training  Monday noon - 12:45 p.m. 
Tuesday 6:45 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. 
Barre Burn  Small isometric movements to sculpt body; inspired by pilates and ballet   Monday 4:15 p.m. - 5:05 p.m. 
Tuesday 7:30 a.m. - 8:20 a.m. 
Wednesday noon - 12:50 p.m.
