What to expect: The SRC offers both Power Yoga and Restorative Yoga. 

Power Yoga: Power yoga is a style of yoga practice that focuses on the combination of movement and breath. This class will combine yoga pose sequences with a steady, full inhale and even, long exhale. During this class, you will engage your core muscles, challenge your balance and increase your flexibility. This form of moving meditation will help to improve your mental and physical strength! 

Restorative Yoga:  This practice is designed to rejuvenate your nervous system and release deep  tension in your  body and mind. Participants will use props to support postures, while gently stretching and strengthening their bodies. Open to yogis of all levels!

  • Don’t rush through the movements

  • Don’t force yourself into a pose
