Duration: 1 hour

What to expect: BODYATTACK™ is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!


Tips:
  • For the best results, participate in BODYATTACK 2-3 times each week.

  • Bring a water bottle and wear clothes to run and jump around in.

  • You have the option for SMARTSTART, which is suggested for those who are new to the class. SMARTSTART gives a well-rounded workout in just the first 5 tracks (out of 11) and allows for beginners to stop there and continue adding tracks the more they come to class. 

  • Be prepared for high intensity options, lower impact options are available if needed.
