Group Exercise Schedule

Classes Offered: 

Aqua HIIT (1 hr.): Using the buoyancy and resistance of the water, this class combines cardiovascular fitness, strength building, and endurance for a total-body workout. In addition, your joints, ligaments, and tendons will thank you for the break from impact on the body. The pool isn't just for swimming laps! 

Barre Burn (1 hr.): This class focuses on small isometric movements to sculpt your body from head to toe. Using the barre for stabilization, this workout pairs light dumb bells with your own body weight. Pilates and ballet inspired movements plus traditional strength training exercises will leave your muscles long, lean, and toned.

Beginner Yoga (1 hr.): Beginner Yoga introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work. Classes are for beginners who are looking for a basic flow class, as well as learning different yoga postures.

BODYATTACK® (1 hr.): BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

BODYFLOW® (1 hr.): Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. For 55 minutes, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

BODYPUMP® (1 hr.): The most successful group fitness program in history, BODYPUMP® is a 60-minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch. BODYPUMP® is proven to be "the world's fastest way to get in shape" by research which has confirmed higher than expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and 'wellness' benefits. Class is limited to first 42 participants for safety and equipment purposes.

Buti Yoga (1 hr.): Buti Yoga is a high-intensity fusion of power yoga, dance elements, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. No prior yoga experience is necessary. 

HIGH Fitness (1 hr.): Transforming old-school aerobics into a new experience, HIGH combines simple, modern fitness techniques (e.g., HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. HIGH culture embodies a lifestyle of empowering people to get healthy and be the best version of themselves!

Intro to Kickboxing (1 hr.): Intro to Kickboxing is broken up into three sections: conditioning, technique instruction, and practice. Section 1 will raise your heart rate and burn calories, while using boxing movements to improve functionality. In Section 2, the coaches will provide instruction and feedback on basic form and new movements. Take your footwork and new moves to Section 3, where you can apply your skills to get a workout that will kick it to the next level!

Kettlebells (30 min.): Kettlebells is 30 minutes of high-intensity, interval training incorporating kettlebell and body weight movements. From AMRAPS to EMOMS, this class is suitable for anyone looking to discover new kettlebell movements and improve their functional fitness. 

Outdoor Bootcamp (1 hr.): An intense total body workout that combines strength exercises and cardio drills, and uses HIIT (high intensity interval training) helping you burn fat and lean out. A challenging workout for the upper and lower body.

Pilates (1 hr.): Pilates, also known as Contrology, is a mind/body workout focused on improving core strength and stability. This class will enhance flexibility, endurance, and strength not only in one’s core, but entire body. Every practice concludes with 10-15 minutes of stretching to leave the body and mind refreshed. 

PiYo LIVE® (1 hr.): PiYo Live is inspired by both Pilates and Yoga. The class is designed for those who want total body flexibility, strength, low impact flows, and cardiovascular exercise, all within one hour! The only equipment used is bodyweight, and each class will leave you feeling unstoppable.

Power Yoga (1 hr.): Power yoga is a style of yoga practice that focuses on the combination of movement and breath. This class will combine yoga pose sequences with a steady, full inhale and even, long exhale. Students can expect a class that engages core muscles, challenges balance, and increases flexibility. Power yoga is a form of moving meditation that will improve mental and physical strength for all skill levels.

SilverSneakers Classic (1 hr.): Get fit, have fun, and make some friends! This class focuses on increasing muscle strength and range of movement, and improving activities for daily living. You will have a chair for seated exercises and standing support, and your instructor will offer modifications for any exercise to meet your fitness level.

Slow Flow Yoga (1 hr.): Slow flow is a slower paced class that connects deep breathing with fluid yoga poses. It allows you to find your edge in a pose as well as feeling relaxed. This class is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation!

SPIN®  (1 hr.): This class is guaranteed to leave you spinning!  Classes incorporate hills, jumps, and flats to music to give you an intense cardiovascular workout. Make sure you bring a towel and water!

SPINPower® (1 hr.): SPINPOWER is program that combines all of the excitement of the Spinning® program with power-based training for optimum fitness where the recovery is just as important as the work load.  Training profiles utilize Training Zones 1 (Recovery), Zone 2 (Aerobic), Zone 3 (Threshold), Zone 4 (Anaerobic), and Zone 5 (Peak) using the F.I.T.T. method (Frequency, Intensity, Type, and Time) to stimulate positive training adaptations.   

SPIN & Sculpt (1 hr.): Sprint, climb, and lift your way to a better body! Spin & Sculpt combines Spinning with plyometrics and strength training.  Moving between the bike and the floor will allow you to work more muscle groups while keeping your heart rate up so you burn more fat at rest.  Be sure to bring your cycling shoes AND regular gym shoes to this class.  

TRX (1 hr.): Originally created by Navy SEALs, TRX suspension training leverages gravity and your bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. By utilizing your bodyweight, TRX offers greater performance and functionality than machines and can benefit people of all fitness levels.

TRX Fusion (1 hr.): TRX Fusion is a full-body strength workout incorporating TRX, HIIT, and weight training. Every workout starts on the TRX straps, ends with dumbbell/barbell movements, and is high intensity interval based. Focusing on lower body, upper body, and core strength, this intense workout is unique every week. 

Water Aerobics (1 hr.): Water aerobics takes aerobic exercise to shallow water, mixing strength and cardio to boost your heart rate. Using water as your resistance, this class is great for reducing arthritis and other joint pain. A fun workout to keep you energized for the rest of your day!

Zumba® (1 hr.): Combines high energy music from all over the world with easy to do dance moves in an effective workout that not only burns calories, but is also tons of fun! For ALL fitness levels. Participants are invited to make up their own moves, to laugh and to have fun! Come and ZUMBA!

STRONG by Zumba® (1 hr.): STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.
