Class Descriptions:

Aqua HIIT (1 hour): Using the buoyancy and resistance of the water, this class combines cardiovascular fitness, strength building, and endurance for a total-body workout. In addition, your joints, ligaments, and tendons will thank you for the break from impact on the body. The pool isn't just for swimming laps! 

BATTLE FIT (35 minutes): a team-based functional training programme developed by former British Army officers, based around high-intensity 35-minute workouts. Tapping into the popularity of bootcamps, it pushes participants past their comfort zone to their best-ever fitness levels.

BODYATTACK™ (1 hour): BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

BODYFLOW® (1 hour): Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW(TM) is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. For 55 minutes an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

BODYPUMP® (1 hour): The most successful group fitness program in history, BODYPUMP® is a 60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch. BODYPUMP® is proven to be "the world's fastest way to get in shape" by research which has confirmed higher than expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and 'wellness' benefits. Please arrive to this class at least 10 minutes early to set up your equipment. Class is limited to first 62 participants for safety and equipment purposes.

Bootcamp (1 hour): An intense total body workout that combines strength exercises and cardio drills, and uses HIIT (high intensity interval training) helping you burn fat and lean out. A challenging workout for the upper and lower body.

BOSU (1 hour): This class is for anyone who wants to develop a stronger core and sleeker legs while burning fat in the process. These work outs target multiple aspects of fitness. The movements challenge you to use your stabilizer muscles to maintain balance and help build balance, stability, and strengthening your core while burning extra calories.

Cardio Intervals (1 hour): Get fit, burn fat, and leave drenched in sweat. This anaerobic based class conditions your entire body by combining body weight exercises, plyometrics, sprinting, and timed training.

CXWORX (30 minutes): Exercising muscles around the core, this class provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. You'll work with resistance tubing and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises, to work your entire core.

MOVE IT 45 (45 minutes): Designed to get you up and moving. MOVE IT is a high intensity functional training program that is perfect for all fitness levels. Regardless of your experience, MOVE IT delivers an exciting class that builds total body, functional strength and endurance.

Power Yoga (1 hour): Power yoga is a style of yoga practice that focuses on the combination of movement and breath. This class will combine yoga pose sequences with a steady, full inhale and even, long exhale. Students can expect a class that engages core muscles, challenges balance, and increases flexibility. Power yoga is a form of moving meditation that will improve mental and physical strength for all skill levels.

Restorative Yoga (1 hour): This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.

Spinning (45 min- 1 hour): This class is guaranteed to leave you spinning!  Classes incorporate hills, jumps, and flats to music to give you an intense cardiovascular workout. Make sure you bring a towel and water!

Tai Chi (50 min - 1 hour): Learn to appreciate its grace and beauty, as well as its value as a form of exercise. Tai Chi is known for improving flexibility, strength, mindfulness and pain management in individuals of all ages and physical abilities.

Zumba (1 hour): Combines high energy music from all over the world with easy to do dance moves in an effective workout that not only burns calories, but is also tons of fun! For ALL fitness levels. Participants are invited to make up their own moves, to laugh and to have fun! Come and ZUMBA!

Zumba Strong (1 hour): STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.
