Intramural Sports Forms

Intramural entry forms, along with receipts of payment if necessary, may be turned into the Intramural entry box at the front desk of the Student Rec Center on any day up until the entry deadline. Entry forms may also be turned in at the Intramural deadline table set up in the lobby of the Student Rec Center between 11am and 5pm on entry deadline days. Payments can be made at the front desk area of the Student Recreation Center. NO TEAM will be accepted without this process being completed.
