Our trainers can help you set goals, develop a new exercise program or introduce you to new exercises to take your current routine to the next level. Working with a personal trainer will help challenge and motivate you while keeping you accountable to your goals.
A full fitness assessment which includes resting heart rate and blood pressure, body fat composition, weight, girth measurements in addition to cardio, strength, and flexibility testing is included with your personal training purchase. You and your trainer will then discuss your health and fitness goals so you get the most out of your training sessions. Session length will be determined by your trainer each session as well as the type of workout you will be performing. Trainers also take specific illnesses, injuries and medical conditions into account when planning your fitness routine.
