Photo of fitness roomJoin your friends in 17,000 square feet of weight and fitness equipment. Spread over two levels in three locations, treadmills, elliptical trainers, stairsteppers, bikes, selectorized weight equipment, plate loaded equipment, and free weights will motivate you to stay fit and healthy. Personal training, fitness assessments are also offered for a minimal cost.

Take a walk or a jog around our elevated three-lane cushioned walking/jogging track. Nine times around makes one mile.

During the Summer months we offer a Fitness Orientation for anyone interested in learning the basics of how to use the equipment. Group classes are offered for free to our members and student members. Group Class Schedule.

Lastly, if you need a little more personal attention, buy one of our fitness assessment packages, and let our experienced staff personally help you with your exercise goals and program.
