Class Descriptions:

Aqua HIIT (1 hour): Using the buoyancy and resistance of the water, this class combines cardiovascular fitness, strength building, and endurance for a total-body workout. In addition, your joints, ligaments, and tendons will thank you for the break from impact on the body. The pool isn’t just for swimming laps!

BODYATTACK (1 hour): This is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor.

BODYFLOW® (1 hour): Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. For 55 minutes an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

BODYPUMP® (1 hour): The most successful group fitness program in history, BODYPUMP® is a 60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. After an initial warm-up, all the major muscle groups are worked via a series of weight-bearing exercises including squats, presses and lifts. The class finishes with a cool-down and stretch. BODYPUMP® is proven to be “the world’s fastest way to get in shape” by research which has confirmed higher than expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and ‘wellness’ benefits. Please arrive to this class at least 10 minutes early to set up your equipment. Class is limited to first 62 participants for safety and equipment purposes.

Body Weight Blast (1 hour): No equipment? No problem! This body weight based workout will get your heart rate up, build strength and endurance, and burn fat all at once.

Bootcamp (1 hour): An intense total body workout that combines strength exercises and cardio drills, and uses HIIT (high intensity interval training) helping you burn fat and lean out. A challenging workout for the upper and lower body.

BOSU (1 hour): This class is for anyone who wants to develop a stronger core and sleeker legs while burning fat in the process. These work outs require you to use stabilizer muscles to maintain balance and helps build fast-twitch muscle fibers which equals burning extra calories and more powerful muscles

CXWORX (30 minutes): Exercising muscles around the core, this class provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. You’ll work with resistance tubing and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises, to work your entire core.

Pilates (1 hour): Learn awareness of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Various props (e.g. bands, rings and balls) are incorporated to enhance and intensify the workout. No previous Pilates experience needed; exercises are taught at multiple levels which allows participants to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace.

Power Yoga (1 hour): Power yoga is a style of yoga practice that focuses on the combination of movement and breath. This class will combine yoga pose sequences with a steady, full inhale and even, long exhale. Students can expect a class that engages core muscles, challenges balance, and increases flexibility. Power yoga is a form of moving meditation that will improve mental and physical strength for all skill levels.

Shallow Water Aqua Fitness (1 hour): This low-impact water workout includes aerobic conditioning, muscle toning, flexibility and coordination. Swimming skills are not required.

Spinning (45 min-1 hour): This class is guaranteed to leave you spinning! Classes incorporate hills, jumps, and flats to music to give you an intense cardiovascular workout. Make sure you bring a towel and water!

Sport Conditioning (1 hour): The emphasis in this class is on sport-specific conditioning. Incorporating a variety of drills and working on areas such as speed, agility, coordination, and strength, this class will get you in shape and prepared for your season no matter what sport you play!

Total Body Barre (45 minutes): This class focuses on small isometric movements to sculpt your body from head to toe. Using the barre for stabilization, this workout pairs light dumb bells with your own body weight. Pilates and ballet inspired movements plus traditional strength training exercises will leave your muscles long, lean, and toned.

Zumba (1 hour): Combines high energy music from all over the world with easy to do dance moves in an effective workout that not only burns calories, but is also tons of fun! For ALL fitness levels. Participants are invited to make up their own moves, to laugh and to have fun! Come and ZUMBA!
