Fitness Assessment

Schedule a free Fitness Assessment* with one of our Certified Personal Trainers! Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are a gym warrior, knowing your baseline is a great way to keep track of your progress and set goals for yourself.

This assessment includes resting heart rate and blood pressure, body fat composition, weight, girth measurements plus cardio, strength, and flexibility testing.

*Fitness assessments are provided for any current WVU student or SRC member only.
