Fitness & Weight Training
Join your friends in 17,000 square feet of weight and fitness equipment. Spread over two levels in three locations, treadmills, elliptical trainers, stairsteppers, bikes, selectorized weight equipment, plate loaded equipment, and free weights will motivate you to stay fit and healthy. Personal training and basic fitness assessments are also offered at no cost to all WVU students and SRC members.
Take a walk or a jog around our elevated three-lane cushioned walking/jogging track. Nine times around makes one mile.
In addition, group exercise classes are offered for free to our members and student members.
