The Student Recreation Center boasts 17,000 square feet of weight and fitness equipment. Treadmills, elliptical trainers, stairsteppers, bikes, selectorized weight equipment, plate loaded equipment and free weights will motivate you to stay fit and healthy. Group exercise classes, Small Group Training and Basic Fitness Assessments are also offered at no cost to all WVU students and SRC members. Like us on Facebook!
